About the Role

Man of Africa Kenya is seeking a proactive and highly organised Logistics & Liaison Officer to join our team for the inaugural season. This role is central to the smooth execution of our events, rehearsals, and day-to-day operations. You will serve as the bridge between contestants, service providers, and management, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of all logistical elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics for pageant events, rehearsals, training camps, and related activities

• Act as the primary point of contact between models/contestants, vendors, venues, and the management team

• Support marketing and promotional activities, including on-ground coordination for photoshoots and media appearances

• Ensure smooth communication and scheduling across all stakeholders

• Assist in operational planning and execution, including venue setup, transport arrangements, and resource allocation

• Monitor timelines and deadlines, flagging potential delays before they escalate

• Maintain accurate records of logistics, contacts, and event checklists

• Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Basic knowledge of the events, fashion, or media industry is an added advantage

• Professional, reliable, and self‑motivated with a proactive mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during event periods

• Own smartphone and reliable internet connection
